Sanctions | RWCHR Calls on Canada to Sanction Human Rights Abusers and Corrupt Officials in the DRC and Republic of Congo

As Co-Chair of the Global Magnitsky Sanctions Coalition, our Centre has just filed two comprehensive sanctions recommendations to Global Affairs Canada, urging the government to take decisive action against individuals and entities responsible for significant human rights abuses and corruption in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Congo.
